Design is focused on efficient living through open floor plans with a sense of spaciousness inside and connection to the outside. Method offers sustainability option packages to make Paradigm homes built to Living Building Challenge or Passivhaus standards. The Series consists of 3 models and options for infinite custom configurations.

Paradigm III is a two-story floor plan that features generous spaces with connection to the outside, including window walls and an expansive rooftop deck with green roof. In addition, clients can choose from numerous decking and cladding options and tailored finishes to arrive at a custom package and price point. The turnkey estimate for model 3 includes 400 sqft of rooftop deck. Method is offering sustainability upgrade packages to meet Passive House and Living Building Challenge standards.
