The Pioneer is the shining star from Custom Container Living. A comfortable layout featuring a ground level bedroom, living/dining area, beautiful galley kitchen with full size appliances, 5’ bathtub and much more. This has become a fan favorite among our customers and followers due to the dynamic and versatile layout that can be built with a loft or without a loft. Being constructed within a single 40′ container, this home can be placed virtually anywhere (contingent on local guidelines and municipal codes).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is the crown jewel of the Pioneer. Premium countertops, tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink, and quality hand-made cabinets make this a very comfortable and workable kitchen.

Cabinets: 8’ of lower and upper cabinets with shaker style doors, stained or painted
Nice size pantry/storage cabinet next to refrigerator (If you select washer/dryer combo it would be placed in lower half)

BATHROOM
The Pioneer bathroom features a 5′ tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet. We have a wide range of custom upgrades available on our “Upgrade Options” page.

BEDROOM
If you want a main floor bedroom then the Pioneer is a great option. This bedroom can fit a Queen bed and includes a small closet.

EXTERIOR
The Pioneer exterior can be customized in a handful of different options as shown here with a combination of steel and LP “Smart” Siding.
