40′ & 20′ COMBINED | 480 sq.ft.

The Dwell Well uses a 40′ & 20′ shipping container joined together to make 480 sq.ft. of living space. One big benefit to this layout is the kitchen, if you like to cook or entertain you will enjoy the “U” shaped kitchen. This unique and open layout really gives the feeling of much more than 480 sq.ft.

KITCHEN
The Dwell Well is the only floor plan in our lineup with a horseshoe style kitchen. This layout provides maximum efficiency in the kitchen and opens up into the living area of the house. Full size appliances and more countertop space than any other layout.

The bathroom, adjacent to the kitchen, features a 42″ walk-in shower, vanity with storage, and toilet. Custom options & finishes available on our “Upgrade Options” page.

LIVING ROOM
Also unique to the Dwell Well is nearly 20′ of living/dining space. This area is yours to dream up a cozy family room. Many of our builds feature custom wood burning stoves in the corner of the living space.

Will install an outlet on wall where TV will be mounted. Location chosen by customer. TV not included.
Will install a HDMI cable from TV location to cabinet specified by customer
Living room/dining area will have eight LED can lights

BEDROOM
A ground floor bedroom with space for a King size mattress and a clothes/storage closet. This build (shown in the images above) is an optional custom raised bed platform creating a clever long term storage area underneath.
