The large living room also features full-height glass and patio access, and is neatly separated from the cooking area by the home’s central staircase. Just off the living room is a private office with its own exterior entrance.

Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom boasts an en-suite master bath, walk-in closet, and bonus room for a fitness space, office, or additional walk-in closet. Large windows throughout maximize views and daylight. The private master suite is set apart from the other two bedrooms by a wide hall and second full bath.

The RPA LivingHome 2 was designed to meet Passive House* and net zero energy standards, shipping complete with best-in-class smart home technology, energy monitoring, and high-performance fresh air systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation. Like all LivingHomes, the RPA LivingHome 2 is solar-ready, and its classic pitched roof creates the optimal surface for attaching photovoltaic panels.

*Passive House certification is administered through Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) or Passive House International (PHI). Certification is entirely optional, so certification fees are not included in the LivingHome cost estimate.

Your well-being is at the heart of our environmental health and sustainability program, Z6. Every LivingHome features:
